► Job Description

  1. Achieving the sales, profit and product usage goals of customers
  • Strategy, plan and operate sales and marketing
  • Operating customer care with products, ensuring customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Build KPIs for your departments
  • Building a separate measurement and reporting system according to the company’s framework
  1. Coordinating with the R&D department to create a product system for its subsidiary

The product line manager needs to coordinate with the R&D project team to make his product. Each product of Bright Star is not only made by the R&D department, but also has a combination of factors from Marketing, Sales, and Tech to ensure that the products produced are effective and sell a lot. The CEO needs to build an idea and a marketing and sales apparatus right from the beginning of the project.

  • Having a product mindset and knowledge
  • Adventurous about Marketing, sales, cskh and sales models. Think good marketing and sales strategy.
  • Good operational management: manage and develop personnel, coordinate resources flexibly, predict the situation with timely preparations…
  • Do not work emotionally. Someone who works by numbers and knows how to measure with numbers.
  • Open mind. Good employees often give different opinions, department heads need to be open and analytical to make the right decisions with those ideas.
  • Critical thinking & problem solving. Find out the reasons why this month’s singles number decreased, why the spike, how to increase again?…
  • Good market, search and study skills. Bright Star accepts that employees are somewhat weak in skills, but must work hard to learn to improve. Salary: 30,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND + % profit

Total income from 100 to 300,000,000 VND
