► Working as a Training and Development Manager (L&D Manager) at Shining Star?

  1. Standardize skills and knowledge for each department and position in the Company
  • Creating a framework for skills and knowledge
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Coordinating with professional directors
  1. Build internal learning and development programs
  • Creating a culture of knowledge sharing and learning throughout the company
  • Build an internal wiki of company case studies and references for all departments
  • Building an internal E-Learning system (content similar to wiki, but video format)
  • And other jobs as ordered by superiors

► Request:

  • Experienced in training, development and good results
  • Passion for human development work, love to learn new things
  • Very sensitive and delicate with HR related issues

► Mode:

Basic salary: 30,000,000 VND

Bonus: According to KPIs

Total income: 30,000,000 to 100,000,000 VND
